During this phase of the programme, the spotlight falls on empowering 20 emerging talents from Sharjah Women's Sports, aiming to lay the groundwork for remarkable future female leadership within the sports domain.
The programme brings together a range of professionals spanning various roles, including executives, department heads, specialists, and managers from Sharjah Women's Sports. Their diverse backgrounds encompass strategic planning, marketing, events, accounting, sports leadership, talent development, team sports, individual sports, media, public relations, nutrition, psychology, and physiotherapy. The programme targets a broad age spectrum, encompassing both young professionals with limited experience and seasoned experts with extensive tenure. This diverse pool of expertise enriches the programme's ability to facilitate learning and innovation.
Participants will have exclusive opportunities to receive training from renowned experts and accomplished athletes throughout the programme. These unique experiences will involve on-site visits to institutions such as KNVB (the Dutch Football Association), FC Utrecht (a professional football club), Amsterdam Hockey Club, the Olympic Stadium, and the Johan Cruyff Arena. These visits will provide invaluable insights into exemplary practices in sports and sports management.
