Approximately 100 male and female participants joined the event. The participants were introduced to the history of the padel game, which has become of interest to young people. They were also introduced to facilities of the training and services centre provided by the Padel International Academy, and to experience the game under the supervision of professional trainers, teaching them the basics and rules of the game.
Jamal Al Hammadi, a member of Al Rahmaniyah Suburb Council and head of the Community Initiatives Committee, stressed the importance of partnership with the private sector in order to support and enable young talents to receive quality training allowing them to compete in sports tournaments.
