Al Rais: Al Neyadi performed 19 experiments in outer space

Sharjah24: Engineer Adnan Al Rais, who oversees the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre's ambitious Zayed 2 mission for the United Arab Emirates' space programme, explains that astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi immediately began conducting scientific experiments and maintenance operations on the International Space Station after receiving instructions from the outgoing crew. He stated that Al Neyadi has frequently communicated with scientists and other members of UAE society.
In an interview with "Sharjah 24", Al Rais said that students from across the country's schools and institutions sent Al Neyadi software to run on the ISS robots as part of a series of competitions. He continued by saying that in the next two months, the trials will be finished and final arrangements for the trip home will be made.
