Sharjah 24 – Reuters: Sergei Naryshkin, the head of Russia's SVR foreign intelligence service, said on Saturday it was clear that what he called an attempt to destabilise society and ignite a fratricidal civil war had failed, the TASS news agency reported.
Naryshkin was referring to what the authorities say is an armed mutiny by Wagner mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin.
