Sharjah 24: Sharjah International Airport has announced its full readiness to deal with the high pace of travel demand during the peak summer season, while taking the highest level of measures to ensure a safe and pioneering travel experience for the public.
In this regard, the Sharjah International Airport Authority indicated that it had prepared a plan in advance to receive the travel season during the holidays, which will start this June, in coordination with its strategic partners, and to ensure the availability of sufficient human resources and high readiness for all facilities and services.
It added that the plan prepared by the authority and related to more than 100 international destinations includes several measures, most notably the formation of an integrated work team of customer service employees to ensure the assistance of travelers, respond to their inquiries and guide them on how to use smart services and technologies available within the airport.
It pointed out that among the measures also is to ensure the presence of all work teams of strategic partners and service providers to ensure the highest level of services for travelers.
