Al Amri: More than 1600 activities at SCFR 14

Sharjah24: Ahmed bin Rakkad Al Amri, Chairman of the Sharjah Book Authority, announced that the Sharjah Children's Reading Festival 2023's inauguration will occur on May 3. The event will be held for 11 days at the Expo Centre Sharjah .

He confirmed that the SCRF 2023 is a unique opportunity, and the festival is based on the concept that children are the future.

Al Amri added to "Sharjah 24", that the 14th edition includes more than 1,600 varied activities, with the participation of 140 publishing companies and about 69 countries.

The Sharjah Animation Conference will also be launched, a first of its kind in the Middle East. There will also be a book distributors conference and an exhibition of children's arts.
