Sharjah 24 – WAM: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued an Emiri decree appointing Saif Saeed Ghobash as Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council (ADEC).
The position falls under the rank of Department Chairman.
