Sharjah 24: Sharjah Public Library (SPL) organises an array of activities to celebrate the month of reading, which falls in March every year, and the UAE celebrates reading under the theme "UAE Reads".
This year, Sharjah Public Library hosts 27 events in various regions of the emirate with the aim of promoting the love of reading and culture among members of society.
The series of activities, which will continue throughout the month of March, includes workshops, reading sessions and seminars on a variety of topics, which are designed to meet the diverse interests of the audience, in line with the UAE's vision of building a society based on knowledge and culture.
