Sharjah24: Ahmed Al Mail, Director of Sharjah's Social Services Department stated that, coinciding with the UAE Innovation Week, the Department launched “Ijaba” initiative and the Social Data Portal, aiming to help facilitate government transactions for the elderly, through providing home services to the elderly.
Al Mail added, in exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24" that the Department also launched the social portal or social data project, which aims to reduce the period of the customer's journey through direct electronic linkage with 22 government agencies at the level of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal level, to meet the needs of customers in the Emirate.
In conclusion, the Director of Sharjah's Social Services Department confirmed that these innovative initiatives promote sustainability and proactivity in serving the community, with upgrading all the Department’s services provided to the different clients.
