Sharjah24: Saudi photographers Talib Al-Marri and Ahmed Al-Saif reveal to the attendees of the International Photography Festival "Xposure" in its seventh edition, different aspects of wildlife in Africa, and a closer look at Omo Valley tribes in Ethiopia.
Talib Al-Marri, a Saudi photographer who specialised in giraffe photography, says that his work emphasises animal art rather than classic art.

Al-Marri added, "During my participation in the International Photography Festival, Xposure, in its seventh edition, I chose black and white to communicate the photographer's feelings through these works, in which I dealt with several methods of photography to show the animal's environment in all its details.

The Saudi photographer Ahmad al Saif said that curiosity drives photographers to uncover unusual worlds.

At the eighth International Photography Festival "Xposure," Saudi photographer Ahmad Al-Saif exhibits Ethiopia's Omo tribes.

Saudi photographer Ahmed Al-Saif stressed that curiosity and expertise help photographers find, convey, and capture unusual environments.

Al-Saif told "Sharjah 24" that he spotted a photograph of the tribes in 2012 and was curious about their isolated existence.

He noted that planning his travel and documenting the tribes' living system and rituals took a year.

He added that his urge to find alien cultures goes beyond photography and into the specifics of such tribes, which he thinks the younger generations have an intense desire to merge and connect with contemporary life and the love of learning.
