Sharjah24: The Sharjah Public Libraries (SPL) has announced the second edition of the 'Career Builder Forum', which brings together human resource professionals, workshop trainers, and life skills coaches to upskill young graduates and job seekers and offer invaluable tips and tools to secure the right job in a competitive market.
The two-day event will be held on December 7 - 8 at SPL's six branches across the emirate of Sharjah.

The forum will host a series of interactive discussions and workshops focused on skills and workforce strategy to equip new graduates with essential resources to prepare them for the workplace of the future and to enable them to plan a successful career path that makes them agile and competitive in the job market.

The two-day event will be held across SPL's six branches in Khorfakkan, Al Dhaid, Wadi Al Helou, Dibba Al Hisn, Kalba, and Sharjah city, and is aligned with its strategic mission of providing an enabling platform to create larger pools of skilled talent, and facilitate progression of communities through knowledge exchange with distinguished experts and specialists in the field.

Eman Bushlaibi, Director of Sharjah Public Libraries, said: "In line with our comprehensive vision to provide all opportunities for learning and growth to support the cultural movement in the emirate, the qualitative services extended across all our six branches create opportunities for lifelong learning to develop the skill sets of the young generations and ensure sustainable development of the community."

The SPL Director added: "The second edition of the 'Career Builder Forum' is aimed at equipping job seekers from all age groups with the necessary skills and expertise through a series of workshops and sessions led by experts and specialists. The goal is to ensure that the next generation’s workforce are better prepared to adapt to demands of the modern job market and secure fulfilling employment that matches their relevant skills and talent."
