Sharjah Ruler issues Decision on University of Khorfakkan’s BoT

Sharjah Ruler issues decree forming Dibba Al Hisn Suburb Council

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah
Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, as the President of the University of Khorfakkan, issued Decision regarding the formation of the Board of Trustees of the University of Khorfakkan.
According to the Decision, the University of khorfakkan's Board of Trustees shall be formed for its first term under Sharjah Ruler’s chairmanship, and its membership shall include the following: 

1. His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Al Shamma’a, Chancellor of University of Khorfakkan.

2. His Excellency Professor Dr. Hamid M. Al Naimiy, Chancellor of University of Sharjah.

3. Her Excellency Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Private Education Authority.

4. His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani, Director General of the Police Science Academy in Sharjah.

5. His Excellency Dr. Hashim Abdullah bin Sarhan Al Zaabi, Director of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport.

6. His Excellency Engineer Ali Saeed Bin Shaheen Al Suwaidi, Member of Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Public Works,

7. Her Excellency Hana Saif Abdullah Al Suwaidi, Member of Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of the Environment and Protected Areas Authority.

8. His Excellency Counsel Eisa Saif Ahmed Bin Handhal. Director of Sharjah Government Legal Department.

9. Her Excellency Fouzia Rashid Al Qadi, Director of Khorfakkan Municipality.

10. His Excellency Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Al Shehhi, Board of Member of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Membership on the Board shall be for a term of three years, renewable for one or more terms. Those who have completed their membership may be reappointed.
