The yoga session, led by a female yoga instructor, will be held at Mleiha's pristine desert camping site on Saturday, 15 October, with an exclusive itinerary that includes BBQ Dinner, Stargazing Session, and off-road activities.
Guests have the option of choosing "Sunset Yoga" or "Overnight Yoga," depending on which duration they prefer.
Sunset Yoga session, designed to adapt your body and mind to the setting sun through grounding, mindful movements, and gentle breathing, will begin at 4.30 p.m.
It will be followed by a stargazing session, where guests can explore the night sky through a telescope with the assistance of expert guides and a delicious BBQ dinner. The session will conclude by 9.30 p.m. after a relaxing Yoga Nidra around the bonfire.
Extending the meditation experience to the next morning, Overnight Yoga offers the guests a unique opportunity to spend the night under the stars in the desert campsite and to wake up to an energy-filled and relaxing sunrise ‘Ashtanga’ yoga session.
The session will also include a morning off-road drive in the scenic mleiha desert and a healthy breakfast at the campsite, in addition to the sunset yoga offerings.
Tickets are priced at AED 605 for Sunset Yoga and AED 825 for Overnight Yoga.
Access to the archaeological museum is free with both experiences. Guests can also opt for a dune buggy adventure and a horseback ride as additional experiences.
