Sharjah 24: The "Sharjah Munshid" programme attracted 1,432 talented participants who took the preliminary performance tests for the 14th edition of the programme organised by Sharjah TV, which is affiliated with the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority.
The performance tests were held in 7 Arab countries, namely the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Algeria, the Sultanate of Oman, Morocco, Jordan, the Arab Republic of Egypt and ending with the United Arab Emirates, in addition to receiving applications for participation via the Internet, which represented an opportunity for talented people to participate in the performance tests from anywhere in the world.
This year, the programme’s examination committee received 27 participants in Saudi Arabia, 34 in the Sultanate of Oman, 41 in the UAE, 270 in Egypt, 197 in Algeria, 205 in Morocco, 34 in Jordan, and 624 online participants of various nationalities, including Arab talents from a number of countries.
It is noteworthy that the "Sharjah Munshid" programme, during its 13th edition last year, received 1240 participants, while the number of participants in the tests this year rose to 1432 talented people.
