Sharjah24 - WAM: Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with the Minister of Transport and Road Safety in Israel, Merav Michaeli, during his current official visit to Tel Aviv to review cooperation relations between the two countries in several fields, with a special focus on areas of sustainable transportation, and road safety.
Sheikh Abdullah said that the UAE and Israel share a common will to enhance their cooperation in all fields, noting that the Abrahamic Peace Accords Agreement signed in 2020 motivated the two countries to establish distinguished relations and sustainable partnerships that support their efforts to achieve prosperity and comprehensive development.
For her part, the Israeli minister welcomed the visit of Sheikh Abdullah and his accompanying delegation, underscoring the importance of strengthening Emirati-Israeli cooperation in the transport sector, which constitutes a fundamental pillar to stimulate economic growth in the two countries.
