Al Shamsi: 'Real Estate Award' creates competitive atmosphere

Sharjah 24: His Excellency Abdulaziz Al Shamsi, Director General of Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), stated that the SRERD is keen to organise a ceremony annually to honour the winners of the Real Estate Excellence Award.

His Excellency maintained that the winners of the Real Estate Excellence Award were honoured, on Wednesday, in a ceremony at the SRERD’s headquarters, for several sectors, which included different categories, such as real estate offices, real estate development companies, and real estate supervision.

His Excellency indicated, in statements to "Sharjah 24", that the aim of the award is to create an atmosphere of competition between all participants, to honour the distinguished among them, and to encourage investment in the Emirate's local market.
