Sharjah24: Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) valued His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, for restructuring the social support program for low-income people into an integrated program with an amount of AED 28 billion, which supports social stability and attains a decent life for people of the country.
This came during a meeting of the council chaired by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, which was held on Tuesday at the office of His Highness.
As part of its ongoing plans to set the general policies of the emirate and work to implement them with government departments and bodies, the council discussed a number of key issues related to the development of various sectors and systems in the Emirate of Sharjah. 
In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aimed at providing family stability and adequate housing for the Emirati family, SEC approved the second batch for the beneficiaries of housing support, which included 519 beneficiaries with a total amount of more than AED 370 million. 
The council also approved list of exempted from paying housing loans, as the value of the exemption from paying housing loans for the year 2022 is AED 25 million and 600 thousand for cases that meet the exemption conditions.
The council issued Resolution No. (21) of 2022 regarding the summer camp initiative, as the Resolution included a number of legal provisions on the conditions for joining the initiative.
The council reviewed a detailed report on the pastoral model in the Emirate of Sharjah, which was approved by His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, and plans for the implementation of pastures with all its facilities and services .

SEC was also briefed on the response of the General Command of the Sharjah Police to the recommendations of Sharjah Consultative Council on discussing the policy of the General Command, which included a set of recommendations that reflect the participation of society through the Consultative Council in decision-making and making recommendations.
