Sharjah24 – WAM: The joint UAE-Australia Committee for Military Cooperation held its eleventh meeting on 23 - 27 May in the Australian capital city, Canberra.
A Ministry of Defense delegation headed by Major General Pilot Mubarak Ali Al Neyadi, the Head of the Executive Department of Defence Policies and Strategic Affairs, held several meetings with representatives from the Australian Ministry of Defence on the prospects of accelerating cooperation between the two countries in addition to discussing a number of issues of interest.
The UAE delegation visited the Australian War Memorial, where they laid a wreath of flowers in the presence of Australian top brass.
Major General Pilot Mubarak Ali Al Neyadi was honoured at the end of the visit in recognition of his dedicated efforts to developing relations between the two nations.
