MBRSC detects four million palm trees in Al Ain region

Sharjah 24: The Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) detected over 4 million palm trees in Al Ain region, utilising an Artificial Intelligence (AI) programme developed by in-house engineers.

The MBRSC said that the project is part of a strategic collaboration with Al Ain Municipality, which provided the aerial images for the monitored areas.

Aerial images of these trees have been captured by the MBRSC after engineers used AI technology with an accuracy rate of 96 percent.
