KCFD ignites Ramadan Nights with Rationalization session

Sharjah24: The Khorfakkan Club for the Disabled (KCFD) organized, on Monday, a Ramadan dialogue session entitled "Rationalization between the past and the present", with the participation of a number of specialists in the educational and heritage aspects and a crowd of officials, club employees and its affiliates. Sharjah 24 news website offered a real window to shed light on the event by interviewing Louay Saeed Alai, Vice Chairman of the Khorfakkan Club for the Disabled who spared no efforts to reveal details of the event.
Louay Saeed Alai, stressed the importance of promoting societal awareness of the need to rationalize the consumption of resources, including electricity and water, pointing out that achieving this stems from self-responsibility and concerted efforts of institutions and the public.
 
In statements to Sharjah 24, he said that  the club organized a Ramadan dialogue session entitled "Rationalization between the past and the present", in which the educational and social expert Fatima Alai, and the heritage expert, Fatima Al-Mughni, participated.
 
Alai proclaimed that the session brought together the heritage and educational sides to shed light on the ancient uses of energy and water and to spark light on the folklore in order to consolidate it in the memory of generations, and drew attention to the importance of rationalizing the consumption of our natural resources.
 
The session was attended by Saeed Alai, the former chairman of the municipal council of Khorfakkan city;  Salem Al-Naqbi, chairman of the Khorfakkan Sports and Cultural Club;  Engineer Abdul Rahman Al-Naqbi, director of the municipality of Kalba, and a number of government department officials and Khorfakkan Club employees for the disabled, and its affiliates.
