Sharjah24: Al Bataeh Folk Festival, in its fourth session, held a poetry night, hosting the poets Abdullah bin Shakhbut and Saeed Al Mazrouei.

Khamis bin Salem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the District and Villages Affairs Department attended the event.

Hamed bin Mohammedi, Head of Media Department in Al Bataeh Municipality, stated, during his exclusive interview with “Sharjah24” that the poetry night is part of the Festival’s cultural activities.

He indicated that the festival seeks to consolidate the Emirati culture, by organising these literary events and activities.
