Sharjah 24: After a twelve-day orientation to Sharjah Sports Club's (SCC) first-team coaching staff, supervised by Romanian Cosmin Olăroiu, former Iraqi national team striker and Sharjah Sports Club footballer in the period, (2009-2010), Mustafa Karim completed an in-depth examination of the club's training and preparation procedures. Retiring as a player, Karim was awarded an Asian C coaching license.

At the completion of the period, Karim expressed thanks to the Sharjah Sports Club, the football company's administration led by Abdullah Mohammed Al Ajlah, and the technical staff led by Cosmin Olario for their kind reception and cooperation.
