Sharjah 24: Sharjah soundly defeated Al Ain 2-0 on the first day of the 13th round of the ADNOC Professional League, which is being played at the Sharjah Club Stadium.
Sharjah momentarily moved into second position with a 23-point advantage after delivering Al Ain's first setback of the season. Al Ain currently leads the teams with 30 points.
