Sharjah 24: A grant of up to $200,000 has now been made available for wide range of artistic activities by the Sharjah Art Foundation (SAF) in its 2022 Production programme, which is now accepting applications. Aiming to foster high-quality art in the private and public sectors in the Middle East and North Africa, the programme paves the way to a wider range of options in the sphere of artistic production in the Middle East and North Africa.
Funding for artists working in sculpture, installation, media, artistic publications and performing arts will be available in 2022 through the Foundation's email , which will accept applications until February 10, 2022. Grant recipients will be notified in March of the following year.

Sharjah Biennial 9 helped start the production programme in 2009, and it is one of several programmes offered by the Foundation to help artists and art practitioners generate and develop new creative works in collaboration with the Sharjah Biennial. Creative people have been able to carry out large-scale and ambitious projects that would have been difficult to accomplish without this support.
