Sharjah 24: Ravneet Gill, a brilliant chef, coming from London, UK, to participate in the 40th Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF).

She wrote two cookery books; the first book is a pastry chef’s guide which teaches people how to cook, and the other one is called “Sugar I Love You”.

In an exclusive interview with “Sharjah 24”, Gill stated that she has been demoing how to make recipes from the book such as the “Lazy Person’s Cake”, which is a chocolate cake, and a “Ras Malai” cake.

“I’ve really been enjoying my time here, and I’m very surprised to see the amount of books at the Fair. Everyone has been so friendly and so welcoming. I hope to come back again next year,” Ravneet Gill said.
