Sharjah24: Khalidiya Suburb Council members (KSC) visited on Saturday 16- October, Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) , with the aim of reviewing residents and citizens comments and complaints regarding internal streets and traffic .
Khalidiya Suburb Council members were received by His Excellency Eng. Yousef Khamis Al-Othmani, Chairman of the Roads and Transport Authority.
At the beginning of the meeting, Engineer Yousef Khamis Al-Othmani, Chairman of the Roads and Transport Authority, welcomed the visitors, affirming his readiness to strengthen cooperation with all institutions in order to service the Emirate of Sharjah in various fields.
During the meeting, various issues were addressed of roads and streets at their neighborhood.
In turn, Khalfan Saeed Al Marri, Chairman of Khalidiya Suburb Council, praised the authority for holding this purposeful meeting, and lauded the efforts of Engineer Youssef Khamis Al-Othmani, Chairman of the Authority and its employees for providing road networks that keep pace with sustainable development plans to serve Sharjah community.
Al-Marri tackled a number of topics raised by the citizens and residents regarding a number of internal streets and sub-roundabouts, affirming the importance of applying traffic safety standards and maintenance works in some streets of the region.
