Oliva, who was born in 1965 and holds a master's degree in Sports Direction and Management from the University of Catalonia, as well as an Asian license , category (Pro), is one of the trainers with extensive experience and a noteworthy résumé.
He worked as an assistant coach for various well-known Spanish teams, as well as the English Cub, Watford. In more than one team, he collaborated with the well-known Spanish coach "Quique" Flores.
From 2012 to 2014, he worked for Al Ain Club and Al-Ahly Club Dubai when he won the President's Cup.
Coach Carlos has written several scientific publications, including "Competitive Training: The Importance of Electrocardiography in the Development of Training Plans," and has contributed to numerous sports periodicals.
