This came in a statement by Al-Asoumi at the end of the AP Palestinian committee's meeting that followed up the developments in Palestine and the occupied territories.
Al-Asoumi stressed the AP's full support to the Palestinian cause and Palestinians in order to obtain their legitimate rights topped with establishing a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
He said that the parliament would continue intensifying efforts and communications with international bodies to follow up implementing the resolutions taken during the emergency session on May 19 on mobilizing support to the Palestinian issue.
In addition, he pointed to United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights' letter that showed that the Israeli airstrikes against Palestinians may constitute "war crimes".
The Palestinian committee discussed implementing the outcomes of the emergency session held to discuss the ongoing crimes and violations of the Israeli occupation authorities in Al Quds and the military aggression on the Gaza Strip.
