Engr. Sulaiman Al Hajri, head of the Individual Games Department at Sharjah Club, dedicated the achievement to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah and his wife, Sheikh Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi.
He stated that, “the club aspires to realise His Highness’s goal of the UAE winning major international events in a variety of sports. He also praised the Sharjah Sports Council's unwavering support, which has resulted in remarkable growth in all sports in Sharjah".
