Sharjah24 – AFP: Dozens of football fans gather outside the Colombian Football Federation headquarters to protest against co-hosting the Copa America in the country in June amid bloody demonstrations against President Ivan Duque.
Commenting on this, Ernesto Lucena, Colombian sports minister said, "I know there are different positions regarding the event, but today Colombia, more than ever, as in 2001, needs the Copa America. We need the peaceful protests to be protected, but we also have to firmly reject those who infiltrate the peaceful protests and tarnish the great work of the young people."
