In a statement issued by the Arab League on Wednesday, Aboul Gheit described those statements are far from diplomatic decency.
He considered that the language of dialogue used by senior officials of Arab countries should always reflect the feelings of mutual respect between Arabs and avoid provoking hatred and fueling sedition.
He expressed deep regret that these statements came at a very accurate time that Lebanon is going through at a time when it needs all the support of its friends and brothers, contributing to the tension of the Lebanese-Gulf relationship instead of correcting its course as required.
