"These random and irresponsible" attacks are triggered by domestic political calculations and are a pathetic show of force at expense of children's lives, Abul Gheit said in a statement.
He held Israel fully responsible for the "dangerous escalation" that killed 23 people including nine children.
The Israeli occupation's violations in Jerusalem and the fact the government is turning a blind eye to Jewish settlers' hostilities against Palestinians "contributed to escalation of the situation to this dangerous state," he said.
He urged the international community to act rapidly to stop the Israeli aggression on Al Quds, Gaza Strip and entire occupied Palestinian territories.
The statement also noted that Arab Foreign Minister would hold a virtual meeting today to discuss the situation in Al Quds.
