Egypt logs 611 coronavirus cases, 56 deaths in past 24 hrs

Sharjah 24 – KUNA: Egypt reported early on Monday 611 new coronavirus (COVID-19) infections and 56 deaths in the past 24 hours.

This puts the registered infections tally at 173,813 while deaths hit 9,994, Ministry of Healthspokesman Dr. Khaled Mujahed said in a statement.

Mujahed indicated the total number of people who recovered from the pandemic reached 134,960 with the addition of 322 recoveries.
