Sharjah24- KUNA: Mauritania's Ministry of Health said that one fatality was confirmed due to Covid-19, and 77 people tested positive for the novel coronavirus, bringing the country's caseload of infections to 15,429.
The one virus-induced fatality, registered over the past 24 hours, pushed the death toll to 383. Recoveries have surged by 123 to 13,306, while hospitalisations stand at 1,740, among them 62 in critical conditions, the ministry said in its daily briefing
