Sharjah24: Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC), presented a valuable session discussing leadership’s role in promoting team performance, through a session hosted by the Bahraini Olympic Committee, as part of its Sports Management Course.
The session was remotely held via Zoom platform on Sunday and was attended by 52 participants from eight Arab countries.
The course discussed several aspects, including leadership principles and structures in Olympic field, Olympic Games, promoting Olympic values, Olympic players, and Sports management.
Participants of the course are to receive a certificate from the International Olympic Committee.
Al Hazami noted that SSC is always keen on promoting youth leadership and sports management values which translate the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to develop and promote Sharjah’s sports in various sectors in cooperation with other sport entities .
