Sharjah24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued Emiri Decree No (30) of 2020, changing the name of Sharjah Water and Electricity Authority (SEWA).
The Emiri Decree stipulates that the authority name would be replaced with Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWGA) in all administrative, financial, legal, and other official transactions.
The Decree is effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
