Sharjah24: The Sharjah Investors Services Centre (Saeed) has announced it has begun providing notary services to local and international investors, as a result of a partnership between Saeed and the Ministry of Justice. The new service will allow investors and businesses to conduct their transactions with ease and under one centre.
Through the partnership, a notary clerk will be available at Saeed to deliver all required services such as attestations, power of attorney, sale and lease contracts, declarations, and undertakings, in less than 5 minutes. Marwan Saleh Alichla, Director of Saeed, said, “The new partnership comes as part of Saeed’s vision to grow into a one-stop shop for investors and businessmen by facilitating all government transactions at our office. We spare no effort to advance the business environment in the emirate and promote it as a destination for investors and entrepreneurs.” The director added that the partnership followed similar agreements with other entities, including Sharjah Media City (Shams) and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA). Through Saeed centre, investors can avail the services offered by Shams such as issuing of a free-zone license, in addition to a full range of government services including visa, residency, sponsorship, permit and fine exemption request services, among others. The Sharjah Investors Services Centre (Saeed), located in Al Qasba, forms part of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq)’s portfolio of affiliates and initiatives. It operates under Shurooq’s umbrella in a strategic partnership with the Injazat Services Group and in cooperation with the Sharjah FDI Office (Invest in Sharjah).
