Applications will be accepted through the Authority’s smart application and website from 14 to 25 September, with applicants urged to register within the specified period and to ensure that all required information is completed. Selection will be conducted through an automated screening system.

The Authority said Hajj registration is limited to UAE citizens who have not previously performed Hajj. Those who registered last year do not need to submit a new application and are only required to update their existing application.

Applicants are required to download the latest version of the AWQAfUAE smart application, log in using UAE Pass, select the Hajj Package service, then choose the registration icon and complete the required information.

Applicants must also read the terms and conditions, submit the application, and receive the reference number assigned to their registration request.

For applicants wishing to add a mahram, companion or family members via the family-linking service, the person to be added must have already completed the registration process and obtained a reference number.

The applicant can then select “Application Status / Add Family Members”, choose the appropriate family-linking option, enter the reference number for the mahram, companion or family member, and submit the request.

The person being linked must then access their account on their own phone, select “User Information”, and press “Confirm” to complete the family-linking process.

Applicants can track the status of their requests at any time by selecting the “Application Status” icon.
