Sharjah 24 – WAM: During a recent event honoring exceptional government agencies and employees involved in the Fujairah Government Mystery Shopper Program, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, the Crown Prince of Fujairah, highlighted how important this program is for boosting government efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to the public.

The Crown Prince pointed out the Fujairah government's commitment, following the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, to develop institutions, enhance employee performance, and improve the services offered to customers.

Positive results from the program

The seventh round of the Mystery Shopper Program showed encouraging improvements in how well government organizations performed compared to 2023. This reflects the hard work put into enhancing services and making the customer experience better.

Promoting excellence in government services

Launched by royal decree in 2015, this program aims to improve the quality of government services and create a culture of excellence. It does this by assessing how well organizations meet customers' needs through various methods, such as site visits, phone calls, online evaluations, and smart services.

Recognizing achievements in customer service

During the event, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad honored those agencies and individuals who excelled in their performance. He praised the Mystery Shopper Program for its role in advancing and improving government services in Fujairah. He noted that this year's results demonstrate the commitment of government bodies to enhancing customer experiences and achieving high standards of efficiency and service quality.
