Sharjah24: Within the Sharjah Government Pavilion at GITEX Global 2025, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) announced the launch of its latest project, “Aqari”, developed in collaboration with the Sharjah Digital Office. The new platform aims to provide accurate and dependable data for the real estate sector, fostering transparency, trust, and informed decision-making among stakeholders.

A strategic step toward a smarter real estate ecosystem

His Excellency Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, explained that “Aqari” is designed as an integrated data-sharing platform that brings together more than 20 government entities. It acts as a comprehensive source of information for real estate investors, developers, and property owners, supporting Sharjah’s vision of digital transformation and sustainable economic growth.

Empowering investors and developers with innovative services

Al Shamsi emphasised that “Aqari” provides a range of services for real estate stakeholders, including features related to property development, registration, and market analysis. He added that the platform will continue to develop, introducing new advanced services in future phases to meet the increasing needs of the real estate market.

Enhancing transparency and public confidence

Through its innovative digital infrastructure, “Aqari” aims to enhance market transparency, foster trust between the government and private sectors, and enable users to access verified property data easily and securely.
