Sharjah 24 – WAM: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Excellency Nikos Christodoulides, President of the Republic of Cyprus, held a phone call to explore ways to enhance bilateral cooperation, particularly in economic and development-focused sectors. The discussion highlighted mutual interest in advancing strategic ties and identifying opportunities for collaboration that benefit both nations.

Focus on regional and international developments

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the Cyprian leader also reviewed pressing regional and international issues, including the situation in the Middle East. They addressed the recent ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, stressing the need for all parties to respect the truce and ensure the unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid to affected civilians.
