Organised by Expo Centre Sharjah with support from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), this year’s edition drew thousands of visitors and delivered substantial returns for exhibitors, reinforcing the exhibition’s standing as one of the region’s leading platforms for equestrian, camel, and falconry industries.
The four-day exhibition recorded significant commercial activity with the participation of over 250 companies and brands. It also saw the involvement of major equestrian, falconry, and camel racing clubs and associations, all showcasing the latest innovations in Arab heritage-related industries.
Exhibitors displayed a broad range of horse, camel, and falcon supplies and equipment. This included advanced breeding techniques, stable and transport gear, and veterinary solutions, drawing interest from both industry professionals and enthusiasts.
A major highlight of this year’s edition was the Falcon Auction, which emerged as a key attraction. It drew strong participation from falconers and breeders across the UAE and Gulf region, with competitive bidding for premium and rare falcons such as Shaheen, Gyr-Shaheen, Gyr-Tiba, and pure Gyr falcons. The auction reaffirmed the exhibition’s status as a strategic hub for falconry professionals.
His Excellency Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, stated that the Al Asayl Exhibition reflects the diversity of Sharjah’s commercial events, cementing its position as the region’s top marketplace for equestrian, camel, and falconry supplies. He noted that the event showcased how a culturally authentic atmosphere can drive economic growth and brand exposure while offering a platform for networking and strategic partnerships.
Mohammed Musabah Al Tunaiji, Director of SCCI’s Al Dhaid branch and Director of Expo Al Dhaid, noted the exhibition’s strong appeal to heritage sports enthusiasts. He highlighted the success of the falcon auction in bringing together elite falconers and breeders from across the Gulf.
Al Tunaiji emphasized that beyond its commercial and competitive elements, the exhibition successfully conveyed a sustainable message about preserving the UAE’s rich cultural heritage and passing it on to future generations.
The exhibition attracted a significant number of visitors and heritage sports fans, offering a unique experience that blended cultural authenticity with modern practices. It also included educational sessions and workshops on the care of horses, camels, and falcons, adding both recreational and knowledge-sharing value to the event.
