Sharjah 24 – WAM: The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expects generally clear to partly cloudy weather from September 15 to 19, with cumulus clouds developing in the east and a slight rise in temperatures during the week.

Low clouds expected on east coast

According to the NCM’s daily forecast, low clouds are expected to appear along the east coast on Monday and Friday mornings. Weather during this period will be mostly clear to partly cloudy across the country.

Humid mornings and fog formation

Humid weather is expected in the early mornings, particularly in coastal and inland areas. There is a possibility of fog or light fog on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with additional fog chances over western areas on Tuesday morning.

Cumulus clouds and gradual temperature increase

In the afternoons, clouds are likely to form in eastern regions, and on Tuesday, these may develop into cumulus clouds. Similar conditions are forecast for Wednesday, accompanied by a gradual rise in temperatures.

Variable winds with dust activity

Winds will vary throughout the week. On Monday and Tuesday, they will be southeasterly to northeasterly, shifting to southwesterly and northwesterly from Wednesday through Friday. Wind speeds will range from 10 to 25 km/h, occasionally reaching 35 km/h, with daytime activity potentially causing dust storms.

Sea conditions

The Arabian Gulf is expected to have light to moderate conditions on Monday, and seas will remain light in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman for the rest of the week.
