SRTI Park launches new brand

The initiative supports the innovation ecosystem by empowering researchers and entrepreneurs and accelerating the transformation of research outputs into economically impactful products and services, in the presence of a number of officials, experts, and entrepreneurs.

New brand reflects growth and expansion

Juma Abdullah Al Haj explained that the new brand represents an advanced stage of development and expansion, with the participation of officials, experts, and entrepreneurs. The brand aims to unify the brand language and strengthen the SRTI Park’s presence locally and regionally, as part of the “SRTI Park Business Breakfast” event held, on Tuesday, at the SRTI Park’s headquarters.

Framework linking research and entrepreneurship

Al Haj confirmed in statements to “Sharjah 24” that the new brand establishes a unified operational framework connecting research with application and entrepreneurship through three pathways: enabling access to infrastructure and expertise, transforming outputs into prototypes and products via testing and pilot manufacturing platforms, and accelerating market entry through mentoring, investor networks, and accreditation channels. He noted that the impact will be measured through clear indicators, including the number of incubated companies, joint research projects, patents, and specialised jobs.

Applications and significance of the new brand

Al Haj added that the event included a presentation showcasing the elements of the brand and its applications across digital platforms, signage, and events. He emphasised that updating the brand represents an important step in the SRTI Park’s journey towards establishing Sharjah as a capital of innovation and renewal. It also enhances the integration of the research and development ecosystem with entrepreneurship, reflecting positively on the emirate’s economic competitiveness and sustainability.
