Organised by ADNEC Group in collaboration with the Emirates Falconers’ Club, the event is being held at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi until 7 September 2025 under the theme The Legacy Lives On.
During his tour, His Highness Sheikh Khaled explored several participating pavilions and reviewed the latest equipment and global technologies related to hunting and equestrian pursuits. The exhibition spans 15 diverse sectors including falconry, hunting, equestrian sports, traditional arts, handicrafts, camping activities, and environmental conservation, offering experiences that celebrate Emirati traditions and highlight the richness of national heritage.
Sheikh Khaled also reviewed initiatives that integrate modern technologies with heritage practices. He praised the efforts of participating entities in preserving cultural heritage and authentic customs, noting that heritage is a cornerstone for strengthening national identity and transmitting its values across generations.
He further highlighted that ADIHEX represents Abu Dhabi’s strategic vision to merge heritage with innovation. The exhibition offers interactive platforms that enable visitors to engage with diverse elements of Emirati culture and arts, helping to raise community awareness of heritage as a key pillar of national pride.
Sheikh Khaled was accompanied by Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court; Sheikh Zayed bin Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi; Faris Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority; Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Office of the Crown Prince; and Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Managing Director and Group CEO of ADNEC.
The 22nd edition of ADIHEX is the largest in its history since the event’s inception in 2003. It provides a global platform to explore the latest innovations in hunting and equestrianism, bringing together 2,068 leading companies and brands from 68 countries. This underscores the exhibition’s status as a premier destination for enthusiasts and advocates of cultural heritage preservation worldwide.
