Sharjah 24: As part of early preparations for a strong and distinguished start to the new 2025-2026 sports season, the Dibba Al Hisn Football Academy held on Thursday its first coordination meeting, chaired by Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Marzouqi, and attended by members of the academy's administrative and technical staff.
The meeting aimed to develop a comprehensive roadmap that ensures the season kicks off with a high organisational spirit and great technical ambitions.

The meeting reflects Dibba Al Hisn Club's ambitious vision of building a promising football generation based on scientific foundations and a professional methodology. It also embodies the club's commitment to preparing the football academy to be an effective incubator for talent and a strong platform for providing the first team with distinguished players in the future.

Dibba Al Hisn Club continues to consolidate its position as one of the leading clubs in nurturing youth talent, investing in the energies of youth, and adopting a sustainable development strategy aimed at achieving technical and administrative excellence, in preparation for a season the club hopes will be full of achievements and fulfilled aspirations.
Future Plan
The meeting discussed several key topics, most notably a review of the training schedule for all academy teams and the identification of work mechanisms for the next phase, including the restructuring of the technical and administrative staff in line with the club's plans to raise efficiency and enhance team cohesion.
A plan was also approved to attract new talent from various age groups, with a focus on technical and physical criteria in selection, to strengthen the player base and ensure continuity and renewal.
Developing Players’ Technical and Physical Performance
The attendees discussed ways to develop the technical and physical performance of players through integrated training programmes aimed at raising their skill and tactical levels, with a focus on preparing them physically and psychologically to compete with strength and confidence.
A precise regulatory mechanism was also adopted for registering players and ensuring they undergo the necessary medical examinations, as part of the club's commitment to the health and safety of the players.
During the meeting, attendees emphasised the importance of monitoring the administrative and technical requirements of all teams participating in the upcoming season, whether in local tournaments or in qualifying programmes and training camps, to ensure a model sporting environment conducive to development and achieving set goals.
