Mohammed Al Sharqi briefed on Govt. Excellence Programme

Sharjah24 - WAM: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, reiterated the importance of enhancing institutional work systems and embracing excellence frameworks as key drivers of comprehensive and sustainable development.
This came duringHis Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad's meeting with Sulaiman Al Kaabi, Director of the Fujairah Government Excellence Programme, and his accompanying team, at the Crown Prince's Office in the Emiri Court.

During the meeting, Fujairah Crown Prince highlighted the ongoing support of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, for the programme’s initiatives, which aim to empower national talents and promote sustainability in the quality of government services. These efforts align with the UAE’s vision to achieve global leadership across various sectors.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad was also briefed on key initiatives and projects launched by the programme during 2024–2025. These included Fujairah Government’s attainment of ISO certification in innovation management, the issuance of new governmental procedural guides, leadership development efforts, and the launch of a digital system to automate the stages of governmental excellence.

The meeting also reviewed the outcomes of field visits conducted by the programme team to various government entities across the emirate. These visits aimed to assess institutional performance, encourage the adoption of best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement and development.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed praised the efforts of the programme’s team and emphasised the need to continue enhancing institutional partnerships to advance the excellence framework. He called for achieving tangible results that improve customer satisfaction and boost service efficiency.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of H.H. the Crown Prince of Fujairah.
