The chairman encouraged personnel to adopt the mindset of an inquisitive researcher—one who explores heritage deeper and offers a new perspective that emphasises its cultural worth. He also urged them to commit to the Institute's mission of imparting legacy in a contemporary manner that reinforces generational ties to it, stating that their role is critical in attaining this goal.
