Sharjah 24: On March 30, the UAE national beach football team qualified for the quarter-finals of the Asian Cup, currently being held in Thailand, after achieving its second victory in the tournament, which came today against Indonesia.

The qualification came after defeating Indonesia 6-1 in the second round of Group Three and defeating Afghanistan 7-1 in the first round.
