Mleiha Ramadan Championship begins with eight teams

Sharjah24: The third season of the Mleiha Ramadan Championship for Central Region Universities has begun, with eight teams competing in a competitive environment that embodies the spirit of collaboration among regional universities. The competition is part of the Mleiha Ramadan Forum, which encompasses a wide range of activities and events.

Salem Rashid Al Ketbi, a board member of Mleiha Club, confirmed that the forum includes Quran recitation competitions, the "Sha'biyyat" traditional cultural contest, pre-Iftar sports, the "Read and Rise" initiative, religious lectures, and Mleiha Ramadan tales, all of which promote spiritual and athletic engagement during the holy month.

Al Ketbi extended his appreciation to the participating institutions and entities, applauding their contributions to the championship's success and maintaining the emirate's sports culture.
